Here, you can capture the basic settings for the automatic creation of your personal weekly plan. You can change the basic settings at any time – your weekly plan will automatically adjust. These settings are stored on your device, so you can start training right away on your next visit.
Under Training Information, you will find tips on how to reduce or increase the training intensity at “Gradually Decreasing/Increasing the Intensity of the HOMEX Training”.
The BORG Scale can also assist you in finding the optimal intensity.
